Shipping Information

  • Under normal circumstances, we ship out orders via FedEx or USPS within 7 business days after the order has been placed.
  • If backorders, weather conditions, legal holidays or other situations prevent shipping within 7 days, we will notify you and you can decide whether to accept the delayed shipment or cancel the order. 
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you within one business day of shipping so long as you have given us your email address when placing your order.
  • You will be charged when you place your order.

  • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered or stolen packages. 
  • Please note that we offer flat-rate shipping of $6 for all pre-tax sales of $58.99 or less and free shipping for orders over $59.00 sent within the continental U.S. (Pegboard Highway ships only within the continental U.S.).
  • Our shipping options within the U.S. are as follows. Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.
  • We may be able to expedite shipping for an additional fee.
    • Paid 2 Day Express shipping with estimated delivery within 2 business days.
    • Paid 1 Day Express shipping with estimated delivery within 1 business day.
  • If your Express order is placed after 12pm PST, it will ship out the next business day. Please contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Store credits are good for up to one year from the date of purchase. Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and we'll pay the return shipping costs. 

ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS.

 

Need to Return an Item?

Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, select the option that best suits your needs! 

  • If you need to return or exchange an item, please provide proof of purchase and complete the Contact Us form.We will provide you with a Return Authorization number. This number must be listed on your returned package or it will not be accepted by Pegboard Highway.  
  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return.
  • You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.

 

When Mailing A Return:

    • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse.

Return Eligibility Requirements

 

ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free in original packaging.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date.
  • Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:
    • Jewelry
    • Face Masks
    • Items returned after 30 days, especially seasonal or sale items, may not be accepted and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
